Note: shuddha tattvas: shiva, shakti, sadasiva, ishwara, shuddha vidya vEdyasamvida idamsphurAtmano vEtrsamvidi vilApanamayi vritti radvayavimarshavigrahA prANasamyati rudIritottamA //................12 Samvid is also called *Chit* or *Jnana*. This is of the form of triad or triputi rupa ie., 1) vEdyasamvit 2) vEtattrsamvid 3) vEdasamvid. vEda = object to be Perceived / to be known; vEtta = Knower / Perceiver; vEdya = Perception / Knowledge; The laya or dissolution of vEda & vEtta in the Jnana rupa vEdya is the objective of Pranayama performed by the upasaka. AsanAni navachakrasamvidA mudbhavasthitilayA strIsha strIshah angaShaTkarachanA ShaDadhvanA manshatAvagatirAtmasamvidah //.............13 Nava (9) Chakras or Nava (9) Trikonas of Sriyantra are the *asana* or seats of the 9 aspects of *samvid*. These 9 aspects of samvid: 1) shriShTi-shriShTi 2) shriShTi-sthiti 3) shriShTi-samhAra 4) sthiti-shriShTi 5) sthiti-sthiti 6) sthiti-samhAra 7) samhAra-shriShTi 8) samhAra-sthithi 9) samhAra-samhAra Here, the 1-2-3 are considered to be as one set; 4-5-6 to be second set; 7-8-9 to be 3rd set. Each set again has to be correlated with varna adhva, padAadhva & mantrAdhva respectvely. Again each set has to be correlated with kalAdhva, tattvAdhva & bhuvanAdhva respectively. So, 9 stages of samvid / chit have to be correlated with shaD (6) adhvAs respectively. These correlation of 6 adhvas with 9 samvidi kalas is the objective of shaD (6) Anga Nyasas performed by upasaka in Bahiryaga. kAma UrdhwagatabindurAnanam bhAnurESha tadadhogatau stanau chitrabhAnushashinAvubhaou - kalA yoniratra saharArdhkunDali //.....................14 The *Great Kamakala Akshara* is described here. For details of this Kamakala Mantra and lipi, readers are adviced to refer the sloka *mukham bindum kritva ......* of Saundaryalahari. The Kamakala is represented as three dots with a single dot on the top and 2 dots at bottom. Further downwards between the 2 bottom dots there is another symbol of ardha chandra. The urdhwa (top) bindu is *Ravi*, the adhah (bottom) bindus are *Agni* & *Chandra*. These 3 ie., Surya, Agni & Chandra bindus are called *KAMA*; at the bottom-most part beneath the 2 dots, the ardha bindu is called the *Yoni* or *HarArdha Kundalini*. This Yoni is called *KALA*. So, these 4 aspects ie., Surya, Agni, Chandra & Yoni is collectively called as *KAMAKALA*. //////////////to be continued //////////////////////////// with regs, sriram
