Guest guest
Chidvilasa Stavah **************************** yat svarUpamahimA vikalpatah shaktichakramiha rajjusarpavat tattsvarUpaparamArthabodhata statra tasya vilayo visarjanam //............39 As per the shruti vakya *prakritEr mahAn mahato ahamkArah....*, the manifold creation springs forth from Mahat of the Para tattva. The upasaka has to go back to this mula swarupa (para tatta) with the help of his Sadhana which is the OBJECTIVE OF TANTRA SADHANA IN GENERAL AND SRIVIDYA IN PARTICULAR. There is only one principle that EXISTS which is advaya, akhanda chit tattva and the bahu bheda (differences in creation) is like the sarpa (snake) bhavana by mistake which is actually the rope (rajju) (vide refer the rajju-sarpa nyaya of vedanta). The reality is that infact there is only the Rope but ignorant perceive the Rope to be a Snake. Similarly, the manifold creation is of the form of *Chit* which is akhanda tattva. Hence, dissolving all the principles in this Chit and contemplation of the same has to be done while performing the *udvAsana* to the Devi. The abidance in THAT form of CHIT is the vastava udvAsana / visarjana prakriya. yA kriyA samabhihArata stridhA dIkShitA(a)tra gurubhAvanAdikA sA vibhEdalayabhAvanAdikA(a) bhyasyatAm parashivaikyasiddhayE //..........40 The objective or the paramArtha of this hymn is described by Shri Amritanandanatha. Basically, there are 3 principles that are of the form of Trika, and they are: 1) Prakasa 2) Vimarsa 3) Guru. The paratattva rupa prakasa tattva becomes many as a part of creation (shruti vakya " bahusyAm prajAyEya.... " . The upasaka should understand that beneath this underlying manifold creation, there is ONE AND ONLY ONE TATTVA. The OBJECTIVE OF THE SRIVIDYA TANTRA is to *experience* this anAkhya tattva. Shri Amritanandanatha yogi blesses the upasaka as thus: May the srividya upasaka contemplating on the above 3 tattvas of Prakasa, Vimarsa & Guru as per the bhavana expressed in the *Chidvilasa Stavah*, attain: ONE-NESS WITH PARA-SIVA. With the objective of *attaining the union with Para-Siva*, the upasaka should recite this hymn *Chidvilasa Stavah* and perform the bahiryaga & antaryaga prakriya. ///////// to be continued ////////// with regs, sriram
