The tirodhana shakti of Devi engulfs the Jiva in avidya so that he would not know his swa-swarupa nija sthithi ie., Siva tattva. This viel of Ignorance in the form Avidya or Ajnana is the Ratri (Dusk). The anugraha shakti of Devi removes this viel of Ignorance to enable the Jiva to know his Nija Sthiti ie., Siva Jnana. This Anugraha Sakti that removes the viel of ignorance is Usha (Dawn). Both of these ie., Tirodhana and Anugraha in the form of Dawn & Dusk are the aspects of Vimarsa Tattva. The Cause of these 2 aspects of Dawn & Dusk is again the Divine Principle of Prakasa & Vimarsa. To abide in this bliss of Siva-Sakti anusandhana is the Sandhya Upasana Siddhi which is the essence of Sandhya Anushtana for Srividya Upasakas.
