Hope this is allowed by the forum. MahA meru dhayaana nilayam, the organisation created by Sri Murgabhushanam, who was known to create yanthras and merus of correct proportions have taken a sankalpa to do kotiarchana with lalithasahasranama. What is unique in this is that the sankalpa of the kotiarchana is for lokakshema. The idea originated when they wanted to pray for ending the sri lankan conflict and did a laksharchana for that with some 100 people doing it on pournami, weekends etc. The poojA palan seems to have been given out of HER avyAjakaruNa. Now they want to start another one to pray to HER to help people tide over the current financial crisis happening across the world. The archana happens at the Meru temple at Oragadam, ( near tambaram, after crossing padappai, oragdam, kandigai) where there the main prathishTa is of maha meru and there are separate shrines for the thithi nityA devathAs.
