Guest guest
in fact even our pitru devathas, kula devathas etc., can be worshipped in the centre bindu stana . In many of the families till the Pitru Karmas are over on any Amavasya or shraddha day no light is even lit in the puja room and the family members are prohibted from wearing the signs on their forehead like Vibhuthy or Kumkum and no Japa mala is also worn like rudraksha or Tulsi at the time of doing tarpana or shraddha karma. I guess that this system must have come out due to the extraordinary respect that we carry for our forefathers apart from spiritual injunctions. Therefore the aforesaid statement looks very strange.
