I was trying to find this Form of Maha Ganapathy from the four Volumes of Sri Ganesha Sthuthy Manjari authored by Brahma Shree SV Radaha krishna Sastrygal the noted Sri Vidya Sadhak, on directions from Maha Swamygal on Ghanapathyam upasana. There is no specific information on this rare form.
