Guest guest
You can come and collect the vibhuthi from me at " Rythems apartment " , 62/3,28th cross, Indiranagar, adyar, chennai-600020, Tamilnadu, Ph:24421420 cell:9444021420. Please come after telephoning and finding out my availability. Namasthe, Sir, I would like to know from you where good quality and pure Kumkum is available at Chennai or Bangalore or Hyderabad. Presently it is being sourced through Srividya Kumkum at Mylapore but it is a problem to get it from there frequently as I do not belong to chennai. For Kumkum, Do you arrange to make it as per scriptures. (lemon juice poured on fresh turmeric tuber on pournima day at dusk ) and powdered after drying on the next pournima. Also kindly advise on how to dispose the Kumkum after archana is done as the annual consumption is 12 kgs. I am disposing it in sea or sometimes in holy rivers. Suvasinies are not willing to take it, as stickers are preferred and most temples in the city also do not accept as they have the same problem of surplus with them. Guest guest
Namaste Ganapathyji, The best possible solution is: Reduce the usage of kumkuma to bare minimum wherever it is necessary. My guruji use to worship with golden flowers which were presented by Mahaswamigal. There is no dosha with golden flowers moreover it can be reused for punah puja also. Even the nirmalya visarjana is becoming a problem nowadays as there are no separate courtyards left. Thanks to municipal flats in cities. Divine Mother is Bhavana Gamya and She knows our limitations. Several were the incidences when my gurunatha could not give naivedya to sriyantra owing to his illhealth during the moments of typhoid, malaria etc. During those times, guruji used to mentally perform sandhyavandana and devi manasika puja used to have couple of idlis and glass of milk. The moment, guruji used to have the milk, my gurupatni used to have a wonderful mental vision where Devi used to give vision to Her towards the receptivity of Naivedya and nods happily. These incidents are just amazing!!! Consumption by Gurunatha here, there Mother used to give satisfactory nod in vision to Gurupatni. I would cite another incident which happened recently when my gurunatha was on death bed. Those were the last moments of my gurunatha. We were rubbing the feet of guruji and guruputri was chanting Lalitha Sahasranama. Gurunatha was preparing for his final exit that evening. Since morning, he was chanting Rudram & Aghamarshana Suktam mentally. Suddently in afternoon, guruji exclaimed that Mother Divine is asking for Idli. We rushed to nearby hotel and got pair of idlis. Guruji ate one and put aside the other saying that Divine Mother ate he Idli and She is happy. The same evening, uttering pranava, guruji shed his mortal coil. So, just don't bother how Mother receives the worship. If the heart is pure, even a pinch of kumkuma offered to Mother is happily acceptible by Mother. THIS IS TRUE IN MY GURUNATHA'S CASE. bhavAni bhAvanagamyA bhavAraNyakuThArikA.... regs, sriram , ganapathy = = vijaya <srividya101 wrote: > > You can come and collect the vibhuthi from me at " Rythems apartment " , 62/3,28th cross, Indiranagar, adyar, chennai-600020, Tamilnadu, Ph:24421420 cell:9444021420. Guest guest
Dear Sir, The incident described in your letter is really a heart touching incident . This further proves the sayings in ParasuramaKalpa sutram that DIVINE Amma will take HER true upasakas to SRIPURAM directly after their life time.. May all of us be sincere and devout for the UPSANA .
