Guest guest
Dear Sadhaka, Dr.Najan's " Kannika parameswari " book details how Bala is capable of offering mukthi as she has a khadgamala, kavasam, sahasranama, Moola mantra all dedicated to her - " laghu srividya " is what she is called. Vaidheeswaran koil, Abirami amman in Thirukadaiyur, Kanniyakumari amman are all forms of Bala... On an interesting side-note, Dr.Najan (the very evolved upasaka) says that Lord Guruvayoorappan does not have any mangala-saasanam because Guruvaayoor was a Bala-kshetra in the olden times... Nivasatu hrudi Bala... Guest guest
Namaste Vivekji, *************** Its all about vAk and its sHuddhi, many are learned here and well at it, many are novices!! ********** It is because of the presence of novices in this 700+ membership forum, one must be extra-careful while discussing the srividya sampradaya. Srividya is for " class " and not for " mass " and hence Parashurama Kalpa Sutra, Nityotsava & Yogini Hridaya rants about " sampradaya Shuddhi " and " Sadachara Niyamas " . Based on the statements of our member who snubbed me as a " foolish bookworm " , i got many personal mails. Some of the questions they posed are: 1) Can we worship Saibaba by invoking Him in Sriyantra? 2) Can we worship our pitrudevatas in Sriyantra? etc. There is every chance that novices may take these for granted and start performing these when a consent has been given in this forum. One must be extremely careful while issuing out such statements and for every statement there should be relevant sastra pramana which is must. Bhagavat Gita says " tasmAt sAstram pramANam te kArya-akArya vyavasthitou " . One's actions should be rightly guided & judged by Sastra Pramana. Namaste Ganapatiji, ******************* Therefore please tolerate sometimes when some members write or respond in a tougher tone and only this shows of their firm creeds of that Guru Parampara and I see nothing wrong *************** Thank you for your love, affection & tolerence shown here. Even though my tone is tough, i have the same respect, love for everyone here in this forum. Since you are from shrotriya / sadachari / brahmanishta guruparampara and having closed observed the life style of Goda Sastrigal, Rajam Mami, Mahaswamigal, i need not explain the implications here. Sastra Maryada, Sampradaya Shuddhi, Sadachara are the synonyms of these Mahans. Even though we are not able to follow the strict rituals that were followed by them, atleast we should strive to follow their valuable advices given to us. One should not omit Nitya Sandhyavanadana, Brahma Yajna, Agni Upasana, Swa-veda Shakha Adhyayana (Veda Parayana of one's own shakha) etc. My guruji used to stress on Sahasra Gayatri Japa before undertaking any upasana. Even Shri Goda Sastrigal stresses on Sandhya Vandana & Gayatri Japa before entering his classes of Prasthana Traya Bhashya etc. Hope you can feel my pulse. regs, sriram , ganapathy = = vijaya <srividya101 wrote: > > > Namasthe, > > Dear Sadhak Ji, > > At the outset pl do not under estimate your Sadhana as JUST BALA as you have described -- She is " Lughu Shodasi " capable of giving you Mukthy as Maha shodasi. > > I know living legends who are Bala upasakas where SHE has revealed very rare Sahasranamas of Ambaal and this has taken a print form also .
