Namaste, I can see how Kali Ma would be an excellent choice to ask for removal of red tape in any " ol' boy " network. After all, it is male animals, especially goats that are sacrificed to Her, as I understand it. Why not sacrifice a few more " old goats " trying to gum up the works, so to speak? As for Lord Ganesha, it is always good to worship Him first, at any rate, so He is far from being out of the picture.
