Sanskrt translation query

I am looking for as literal a translation as possible, as well as any

interpretative ones, for this verse, Rg Veda I.75.5:

 

Rtam. satyam vijnani.

 

Can't get the diacritics in there right, but you get the idea.

Literally " Rtam " is By Law, As a Rule, Permanent, Always, Divine etc " Satyam "

is Truth and " Vigani " is some one who is proficient in a specific Branch of

knowledge as opposed to all knowing " Jnani " . Brighu Samhita Chapter 7 is all

about the difference between Jnana and Vijnana. Some one in this scholarly

group who has studied Vedas may comment on the meaning and interpretation of

this statement

'vignanam yagnam tanute; karmaani tanete-apicha; vignanam yagnaas-sarve; brhma
