ParA Sakti [or Para Siva] bestows grace upon anyone who is chosen, out of her own free will, irrespective of any qualification or condition [of time, space or cause]. That grace is not got by any spiritual effort as a matter of right. Being the sovereign authority on everything created by her in the universe She is free ingiving out this treasure. " Nidhi " also means 'an abode'. The BhavanI is the indwelling soul of all creatures. She is the self of all beings and as such is realized by any and every seeker irrespective of caste, creed or colour.
