In common perception there there is matter or body of Sadasiva energised by spirit of Sakti. But this body it self is Bhagawati. In this relationship there is neither primary nor secondary.There is an absolute equality. Realization of this nature and worshipping is as unitary non dual will result in worshipping both Parananda (Siva) and Para(Sakti).
