Consciousness, though all pervading, resides in every individual self in the palate region, known to be the Visudhi Cakra in KundalinI Yoga. It is the square crossing where breath flows in and out and also from AdAh-dvAdasAnta to Urdhva-dvAdasAnta. Individual consciousness lives in the body at the palate just as a king lives in his domain at his capital. The goddess controls the waiting room for the Presence Chamber.
