If you are specifically interested in a formal sankalpa format, and would like to see the sankalpa format that the much-maligned Swami Satyananda Saraswati (of Napa, Calif) teaches to his students, you can try the following: to the e-group / In the message archive, search for " Prayer Club Sankalpa " For example, message #12642 contains the sankalpa format. In the Files section of that e-group, under " Audio and Video Clips for learning " you will find an audio example, and under Calendar, a panchang with instructions. This is not an endorsement of Sw.
