Guest guest
Namaste, everybody. I've mostly been lurking for the past few months. Back in February 2009, I was hospitalized for colon cancer surgery; they removed much of my transverse colon. I've spent the time since then at a nursing home. I'm also getting kidney dialysis three times a week, since my kidneys are increasingly dysfunctional. About a month ago, my blood tests showeed a marker of cancer activity again. Tests indicate that the disease has returned to my colon,, and spread a bit to nearby lymph nodes. My oncologist decided to put me on a regimen of chemotherapy. I go for my first " infusion " Monday (tomorrow). The list of side effects are almost as terrifying as the disease. I'm chanting the Mahamritunjaya mantra most mornings. Also visualizing Ma Varahi battling the cancer asura; I chose Varahi because in her role as a Matrika (Divine Mother) she rules over the abdomen/ manipura chakra. I know several of the long-term members of Shakti Sadhana group have practices devoted to Ma Varahi, and advice or suggestions about her worship is sincerely requested. I'll probably be inaccessible for Monday and Tuesday, but members who'd like to write to me can do so at... Guest guest
Namaskar Len, I am sorry to hear about your health and even though you may not get this message right away, I hope you at least get the positive energy I intend to send tonight. Please get better. I heard the therapies they use for cancer can be very harsh on those they seek to treat. You will be in my prayers and thoughts. Jai Ma. Om Shanthi. Sincerely, Arya/Christina On Sun, Jan 24, 2010 at 12:26 PM, BlackLotus <kalipadma108 wrote: > > About a month ago, my blood tests showeed a marker of cancer activity > again. Guest guest
Namaskaram Len you will be cured sooner. pls. chant this Dhanvanthri Manthras everyday, with pure devotion. you'll get very good improvement...   Dhanwantari Mantra Lord Dhanwantari is regarded as the god of ayurvedic medicine (Ayurveda) in the Hindu religion. People pray to Dhanvantari, asking him for improved or good health for themselves and for others. Dhanvantri Mantra forms the part of prayers offered to the lord. Mantra of Dhanwantari with its meaning is as follows: " Om Namo Bhagavate Maha Sudharshana Vasudevaya Dhanvantaraye; Amrutha Kalasa Hasthaaya Sarva Bhaya Vinasaya Sarva Roka Nivaranaya Thri Lokya Pathaye Thri Lokya Nithaye Sri Maha Vishnu Swarupa Sri Dhanvantri Swarupa Sri Sri Sri Aoushata Chakra Narayana Swaha " Meaning: We pray to the God, who is known as Sudarshana Vasudev Dhanvantari. He holds the Kalasha full of nectar of immortality. Lord Dhanvantri removes all fears and removes all diseases. He is the well wisher and the preserver of the three worlds. Dhanvantari is like Lord Vishnu, empowered to heal the Jiva souls. We bow to the Lord of Ayurveda. bhuvana , " BlackLotus " > I'm chanting the Mahamritunjaya mantra most mornings. Guest guest
Sri Matre Namaha Namaste Please check out this site: http://www.esrividya.org/home.aspx It's in NY State & you may contact Aiya and ask for Vaarahi Homam to get the result. He is Swami Amrutanandanatha Saraswaati of Devipuram's disciple. Another one is Sri Karunamaya Baba (devipuram.com) who visited New Jersey recently(he may still be there) and I heard him saying that cancer was cured by him with Vaarahi Homam - in the USA. Your enquiry is in the right direction. May Mothers bless you!
