Yes Michael,

That sounds right to me too.

Namaste and Love,

Harsha

I know it's a different tradition, but when (s)he chatted with Moses out

of the burning bush (s)he gave the name " I am that I am. " That sounds

right to me.

The original Hebrew is written in the infinitive, so it would be more accurate

to translate it as: " I will be what I will be. "

Makes even more sense to me.

What is your Name?

In Your Birth certificate may be " Krishna Kumar " "

In your Office other officers may be call you " Mr. Krishnan "

Your friends call you " Kumare "

Your grandmother call you " Kannaa.. "

You are Father of your Child, Husband of your wife, Son Of your Parents; they

are calling you what they like. ie, all are looking you in their point of view

or in their perspective.

You call Adi Parasakthi, Parah brahma, shivashakthi,  etc..... as you like

This is the real freedom in Hindu Dharma about the concept of God (You can

call God and pray god in your own way with giving maximum respect to us, our

family, our community and world)  " Lokah samastha Sukino Bavanthu.. Ohm Santhi

Santhi "

Also learn more about " advaitha, dvaitha and vishishtadvaitha " .

The following sancrit word also explains it clearly:-

" Ekam Sath Vipro Bhudavathanthi "

Knowledged person explain this single truth in different ways or in different

names.

Thanks

Prasanth

Dear Prasanth

The sancrit word (sic) you are referring to is a Rig mantra occuring in Asya

Vaamasya Sukta which has 52 Riks. The 46th Rik is as follows:

" Indram mitram varunam agnim aahuh atho divyah sa suparno garutmaan; ekam sat

vipraah bahudhaa vadanti agnim yamam maatarishwaanam aahuh. "

This Suktam is full of interesting vedic imagery and has been commented upon by

great scholars and seers such as Mahaaperiyavaal of Kanchi.

Dear Friends,

The Question is a very difficult task to resolve, my research at this time is

that regard The Semitic Religions:

In Hebrew religion the name of the Highest God is El Elyon, that meaning El the

Highest, In the Tenak (Hebrew bible) there are many names of divinity, the

translation of the Christians in the History has give a change of the meaning

and the sense of many verses of the Old Testament, this because the religion of

the Church is Monotheist, in The New Testament Greek the reference to God are

the word " Theos " , The aramaic word " Abba " tr. Father, spoke by Jesus, and

another Word " El " , when Jesus die on the Cross spoke in aramaic " Eli, Eli, lamma

sabactani " The translation of the Church Father for Eli is my Lord. But the

correct tranlation is my El.

Also in the translation of the OT, two words replace the Hebraic names, God and

Lord. For example Elohim is translated with God, And the tetragrammatron YHWH is

translate with Lord.

But Elohim not meaning God, but is a plural form that meaning sons of El, either

male or female, and YHWH not meaning Lord, but is another Name. Then see extract

from tenak using the Interlinear Scripture Analyzer.

Psalm 82.1 says:

Elhoim is stationed in the congregation of El, Among the Heloim He (EL) is

judging.

Exodus 6.2-3

I revealed myself to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as & #274;l Shadd & #257;i,

but was not known to them by my name, YHWH.

Now who is This YHWH, The Archelogical research on ancient Cananeean Religion

discover that YHWH was a son of EL, that El have had 70 sons,

In the earliest stage Yahweh was one of the seventy children of El, each of whom

was the patron deity of one of the seventy nations. This is illustrated by the

Dead Sea Scrolls and Septuagint texts of Deuteronomy 32:8-9, in which El, as the

head of the divine assembly, gives member of the divine family a nation of his

own, " according to the number of the divine sons " : Israel is the portion of

Yahweh.

Now the Truth may be ugly, but is the TRUTH, that YHWH not was the HIGEST

ABSOLUTE BEING, (like the BRAHMAN of Vedanta).

May The Divine Mother bless you Always.
