Guest guest
J. Krishnamurti remarked " Truth is a pathless land " . Man cannot me to it through any organization, through any creed, through any dogma, priest or ritual, not through any philosophical knowledge or psychological technique. He has to find it through the mirror of relationship, through the understanding of the contents of his own mind, through observation and not through intellectual analysis or introspective dissection. " ... and so the aruguement goes. " of course it exist. It says so here… in the scriptures.. and so it must exist. How can you not believe it " But what is real truth… or TRUTH for that matter? I can take the Koran, the Bible or the Gita and proclaimed publicly " The truth exist because its says so in this holy book.. and is must exist. If you are a believer you must believe the same.. if not you shall be killed.. you shall be punished in hell. And so you believe. Not that you really honestly believe but what is expected of you. It's a force believe… a force truth.. not the real truth. Then what is truth? " look at what I have here in my hand " as " I " held it up in the air for others to see " A book " the self says " Yess! I'm holding a book. Do you agree with this? " " Yes, you're holding a book " " Touch this book.. feel the texture… the surface… look at the color of the book …do you agree now this is a book I'm holding? " " yes you are holding a book " " you're sure its not something else? Is it a possibility that I'm holding a piece of paper.. or a pencil or a pen and not a book " " no you are holding a book…. I know how a book look like.. this is to my understanding is a book and not a pen or a pencil or a piece of paper " " I agree with you too that I'm holding a book and not a piece of paper or a pen or a pencil…. We both are in agreement right? " " yes " " we agree because we both see and feel the same… right? " " Yes " " That my friend is OUR TRUTH. Your truth and mine. Why? Because I did not force you to believe, you saw it. You feel it and you witness it yourself… and you agree… and most important of all you experience it yourself. Not through me… but by yourself… " Truth is only meant to be experience by you and nobody else for this particular moment in time. Once you bring this truth outside for others it become make believe truth… your truth that you try to impose on others. It cannot be considered as the real truth.
