Beloved family,

thank you all very much for responding to my request for help. It is

funny, when I wrote about my question, it was afer a period of

frustration, sitting here brooding alone and feeling isolated. And now

it turns out I only had to reach out and there you all were, sending

love and support. It has meant so much. This is a great family, where

the Love and Wisdom of the Divine Parents are being transmitted by the

children.

Every one of you has contributed to a deeper understanding of my

initial question. I am happy to see Shree Ramakrishna is alive and

well and living in Napa; His vision of the One God with many faces,

the One Religion with many names was expressed by many and I share

that vision.

What I have also come to understand over the past days is that I need

to dive deep to find out whether my question was rooted in the

wellspring of sincere devotion, or rather in the murkier waters where

Fear, Pride, Laziness and other weeds obstruct clear vision. To give

expression in many tongues to a heart overflowing with love is one

thing, to run for safer hills or easier terrain when the going gets

tough, quite another. Is it for Thee or is it for me?

But for now, enough words (thank you Sadhu Maa). 'Oh, but for an ounce

of practice!' sighed Swami Vivekananda many years ago. And he was

right.

I bow to Shree Maa and Swamiji who inspire Love and Wisdom in the

hearts of all, and trust and confidence in the heart of one who got

herself into a mess,

Henny
