Guest guest
Namaste Swami's talk on the chakras, while short, was very powerful and enlightening. It is best to listen to his words, then forward questions. He will be glad to answer them. Also, in the Advanced Shiva puja and the Cosmic puja, there is a technique called " Bhuta suddhi " . The practice enlivens each chakra and helps one become familiar with consciously moving one's energy thru the chakras, and ultimately, up and out into the universe thru the crown chakra.
