Guest guest
Namaste Tonight Swami and Maa performed the Kumari puja on a beautiful 8 year old girl. Before he began, he told her that he would make her divine, and that she would remain divine for the rest of the time she wears this body on Earth. He said that if she ever forgot, she only had to return to the Devi Mandir, and Swami would worship her again and she would remember her divinity. She was so sweet and such a pure soul. She sat on a low chair right in front of the main altar, in front of Lakshmi. Then Swami performed the puja to her, while Maa sat to the side. Another devotee sat next to Swami and offered articles of worship at Swami's bidding while Swami chanted the mantras. The girl was beautifully dressed by Maa. When Maa brought her out of Her dressing room, everyone was captured by her poise and sattwic nature. She sat quietly while Swami performed puja, and She became brighter and brighter as the puja progressed. Swami and Maa enlivened the Divine Mother in her. and at the end of the puja, it was her task to give everyone a blessing. Each of us filed up to her, bowed low, and offered her some money and other gifts. She held our her hand in blessing, touching each of our bowed heads. We all felt very blessed. Then we all joined Maa, singing together, and we celebrated the miracle of life and the joy of being one soul, and working together to help create peace on this Earth. Guest guest
Thank you for posting this Vishweshwar. We were with you all via the webcam but could not make out much of what was said. It was truly a divine evening, however, and that was obvious. I was very moved by Shree Maa's presence and example and felt the power blessing given to and received from the young Kumari. Swamiji and Maa are so good with children. Love to all.
