When I go to the video archives I am not able to open them. The quicktime icon appears but nothing happens after that. I was hoping somebody could help me out on that. Thanks. Guest guest Posted April 16, 2007 Report Share Posted April 16, 2007 Hi Ruchi, I am not the expert here, but in my conversations with Kumari she said that some people are having a problem getting the streams because they don't have the latest version of Quicktime. So try that and see if it works (Google and download). Jai Maa!
