Swami would like us to practice it several times prior to Monday's class, and bring him questions. Each time you practice, write your questions and either e mail to me, and I will forward to Swami, or, bring them all to class Monday night. As you observed, this is a tremendously empowering technique. It is the highest Grace that Swami gives this priceless knowledge to us.
