This is such a high and holy gift Swami has given us. It ties together all the techniques He and Maa have taught us: asan, breathing, chanting, focused meditation. Please communicate your experiences and / or questions for Swami. I prayed so long for Swami to teach this to us. I really hope it has fulfilled your desires too. I have been waiting all my life to experience this process as a healing ministry through prayer/yagya/HOMA. I find that the "sacred word" can change any illness or envormental ill, as well.
