Dear Chris, happy birthday from your friends and family at the Devi Mandir Group! Please accept this wonderful Gem of Wisdom from Ramakrishna's Treasure House as our birthday gift to you: " When you buy a belfruit, you pay for the whole fruit including the seeds and the skin as well as the pulp and the juice. When you get home, you discard the seeds and the skin and keep only the eatable portion. If you want to know the weight of the whole fruit, you must include the seeds and the skin also.
