Namaste: Breath from your abdomin if possible. Breath as deeply as

you can. Fill the belly area with air like a ballon and let it out

again, slowly and easily. No straining. Just easy breathing in and

out of your belly area.

After you get the hang of it, we can add other steps.

Guided meditation is puja. Guiding your mind and spirit into the

presence of the Divine.
