Guest guest
Namaste: Breath from your abdomin if possible. Breath as deeply as you can. Fill the belly area with air like a ballon and let it out again, slowly and easily. No straining. Just easy breathing in and out of your belly area. After you get the hang of it, we can add other steps. Guided meditation is puja. Guiding your mind and spirit into the presence of the Divine.
