Namaste Dear Family,

 

Today in class Swamiji answered a wide range of questions.

 

Some gems:

 

a. Associate with the best, and become like them

b. Focus on the positive, and not on the negative.

c. Organize your life around the most important desire: to consecrate

your life to God.

d. Continually increase your capacity to give.

e. Focus on the three: one object of meditation, your breath, and the

mantra - will take you to Bhava Samadhi

f. To maintain instensity in sadhana, continually make japa of " What a

privilege it is to do sadhana " .

 

Swamiji always brings great enthusiasm and love to Satsang. To be in

His presence is an invitation to alter your state of consciousness.

This has been my experience, again and again.
