To Jennifer, Time is short

Namaaste Jennifer. Maa and Swami want us to aim high. They have set a

lofty example with clearly established goals: living a life totally

dedicated to God, bringing peace to this world, and helping each

human being remember their Divinity and establish a temple in their home.

From the first time I met them, they have inspired me to push the

limits of myself. Time is short. Life is precious. A human birth is

the highest birth, so, living each second fully and consciously, is so

important. There is nothing higher.

If we wish to " be an instrument of Thy Peace " , and I certainly seek

that state of being, then we must constantly seek to use all of our

God given resources to live life to the fullest measure.

Soon after I met them, I realized how much time I wasted in idle

gossip, and how I fooled myself into thinking I was working as hard as

I could to make this world a better place.

Maa and Swami are totally focused on their goals, and never waste a

second. They want us to use this life fully and learn from them all

that we can.

If we surrender to them, and give up our own selfish attachments, then

they can mold and shape us to be pure containers of Divinity. They

will fill our cups with divine love and make us instruments of peace.

So, I search my heart, and pray to Shiva and Maa and Swami daily, and

ask them if I am doing my best, and giving my highest. And, if I am

not, I pray for the capacity to do more.

If you feel that the Chandi is the best sadhanda for you, then give

yourself 100% to Her and do not divert your attention to another

thing. Pray for Her to be with you every second your chant, and pray

for Her to give you the strength and courage to surrender everything

at Her feet.
