He described this recitation as a sadhana which allows the worshipper to experience the specific aspect of Divine Mother as She is manifested at a particular location in India. He continued by stating that the Bija mantras of Her names can be chanted and " put into our bodies " thru a technique described in the Cosmic Puja on Page 187. Watch the class on-line, as Swami demonstrates the technique, and use the text to perform this wonderful and powerful technique so that " the worshipper can understand and experience the totality of creation as existing within the physical body. " If you are a new to worship, for example, learning and practicing beginner Shiva or Durga pujas, you will want to master those, and advance to intermediate puja, and become comfortable with it, before beginning this advanced worship.
