Guest guest
The day started on a very happy note. I was able to get Panchmukhi Jaba (a type of Hibiscus flower) garland for MAA. Unlike the ordinary Hibiscus, this does not wilt by evening. Normally I get one garland from one of the vendors who brings it specially for me. But today the market for flooded with Panchamukhi Jaba and I was able to indulge in buying it. I like the Parayana today as it includes one of my favourites " Devyaharvashirsham " (The Highest Meaning of the Goddess) There is one verse which I recite as often as possible daily as it sums up my prayers to MAA. Tam Durgam Durgamam Devim duracaravighatinim Namami bhavabhito aham samsarnava tarinim I bow to the Reliever of Difficulties, to the Goddess who Destroys Confusion, who destroys all inappropriate conduct, who takes us across the sea of objets and relationships free from fear. Jai MAA KAALI/DURGA/CHANDI
