Guest guest
Namaste Pat: I grew up in Philly. Where are you? I hope you begin Shiva puja. It is a tremendously empowering technique. I have been perfroming it daily for 10 years and it has changed my life. I will help you in any way I can. Nanda has pointed you in the right direction. Also, there is a CD and Shiva Puja for Beginners Text that you can purchase from the Mandir on-line and listen and chant along with the CD. E mail me if I can help too. To know how to perform the puja, and the steps involved doing a puja, please refer to the document " Beginner Puja " in the following location > Beginner%20Shiva%20Puja/ > Please do post if you have any questions after reading the document. If you are located in the Bay Area, then we could set up a time to meet, if you would like to go over a demo of the puja. > Jai MaaNanda > > , " Pat Mc Guigan " <belvedere1915@> wrote:>> Namaste,> > I think i need help focusing.
