Sharing the Wisdom of Maa and Swami

Namaste: today I spoke with an old friend who has been very ill. I WE

have not seen each other for 10 years. As a life long Catholic, she

has become estranged from the church, worship, even prayer, feeling

that her body became sick without warning, and failing her, so, she

has become angry at her body, and God.

I prayed silently to share the right things with her, and as we spoke,

she said she learned some yoga to easy her body, and some breath

technique to relax her, and a visualization technique to help her heal.

Well, dear reader, this gave me just the chance to tell her of

combining hatha yoga, yogic breathing, and meditation to boost her

strength and clear her mind and body of fear, stress, etc. Of course,

I had to talk about karma, reincarnation, communion with the Divine,

and the mantras one can use for different problems, goal setting,

planning, setting up a sacred space for contemplation, etc.

Since she is so focused on recovering, she was very open to this

knowledge. The data just flowed out to her. Connections of one topic

to another were fluid and joyful, yet charged with Maa's energy.

After 1.5 hours, she ended with a vow to start a new routine immediately.

I was blown away.

Maa set up the perfect situation to bring this woman back to Her. As

Swami has said, Maa will create situations to remind one that they are

too far from Her and they need to wake up and get busy.

Here was a perfect example.

We have so much precious and useful knowledge from Maa and Swami. We

have to remember that what we take for granted, many others are hungry

to hear.

May we all be filled with the Holy Spirit and be witnesses for the

Divine Knowledge, for it is truly universal.
