Namaste Srini: I need to know WHO was eating breakfast? Please

explain this to our family.

Namaste Family,

 

Swami J, a disciple of Swami Rama, suggests that each time we approach

the dining table to remind ourselves that its is our cells that eat

the food, not our personality.

 

This we distance ourselves from our likes and dislikes.
