class. This practice is part of Cosmic Puja or Samasti Upasana.

It is a beautiful and very informative class on Chakras.

Namaste: The meditation on the chakras is very enlivening and

beneficial. It is a powerful addition to one's daily sadhana. The

video presentation of Swami is the best introduction. When he chants

each mantra for each chakra, he enlivens that chakra in the listener

and teaches one what the proper pronunciation and effect will be. It

is an incredible introduction to this transformational process.

I hope all who practice it will post their experiences.

Namaste,Great video class on chakras! But here is another quaestion:So i can start worship Ganesha and then go on to Vishnu and so on. But

what if i first complite in Deva and thene move to Devi? Like, first i

worship Savitri or Dakini and then move to Ganesha Deva or i first

worship Ganesha and thene move to Savitri or dakini and then to Ganesha

and when i come to Swadhisthana i first worsip Devi and thene move to

Deva and so on, all the way to the sahasrara? What do you think about

that?

 

(more simple:

 

1. In mooladhara i first worship Savitri or Dakini and then move to Ganesha

or

2. In mooladhara i first worship Ganesha and then Savitri or Dakini.

 

and then when i've complited in mooladhara i'll go like that:

 

For swadhisthana i worship first Saraswati or Rakini and then Vishnu.

 

I meant to say that i will first complite in Shakti Sadhanas (exept in

mooladhara, where i will first worship Ganesha, so that he will give me

a permision for further sadhanas) and thene in Shiva sadhanas in everi

chakra at the time. What is your opinion?)
