Guest guest
Namaste Jennifer: Wow, you really " got " Swami. He is so full of divine energy and bliss and love of God, that He cannot contain the feelings in words alone. Not only does he communicate so clearly with words, but, he also sends a flow of pure energy and bliss, right to the heart of the listener. He embodies the meaning of the word sadhu: totally efficient in action, totally loving, giving more than taking-in every way possible, totally practical, with a mind fixed on God. He and Shree Maa move and act in the world as you describe in your own words. You have captured their essence. God supplies their every need. They spend their time meditating, chanting, writing books and songs, and helping devotees worldwide solve their problems. They live to help others and this world, and God gives them everything they need to fulfill their mission. They have incarnated on this Earth to show us how to live God-centered lives. They are living examples of pure love manifest in a human form. Now, in your own life, think of the times you felt full of God's love and Grace. Did life flow smoothly and effortlessly? Did resources and support come to you like magic? Did you feel that you were not in charge, but, that God was the driver of your Soul? We have all felt that way at some point in our lives. And that feeling inspires us to keep on meditating and worshiping. Remember that the body will change, but our soul is eternal. Fixing our attention on the eternal, non-changing values in life, then, that value unfolds in us. Use the tools and techniques they have given us. They have been used for thousands of years, and produced countless sadhus. So, we have faith and knowledge that they will work for us. We only have to apply ourselves. As Maa says: " take one step towards God, and He will run 10 steps towards you. " Jai Ma Jai Swami vishweshwar Please read Maa's new biography, " Living with the Soul " , or, Swami's biography, " The Sahab Sudhu " , and you will truly understand. Also, listen to Maa sing. Her songs melt the heart and bring tears of joy. There are many fine songs on the web site, or you tube, or order some from the bookstore. , " jrholm1007 " <jrholm1007 wrote: > > Dear Vishweshwar, thank you so much for your attention to exploring > these questions, I have been reading along and learning, and it has > been very helpful for me, so I send you my gratitude! > > Usually I am not watching the video classes from the Devi Mandir > because I don't have the technology at home to do so.
