Guest guest
Thank you Vishwar for this inspiring post.It reminds me of a lesson from quite a while back.We were told to imagine and to act as if until it came into being. Before long it was real.Such a helpful practice with many precious fruits.Thank you for the reminder. I will imagine perfection and act as if until it is reached.I will imagine being a loveing, kind, giving person and act as if until seva fills me.I will imagine being patient and humble and act the way I would, if I was, until it is me.I will imagine God is with in me and act accordingly until I realize it and then there will be no I and me or us and them.Thank you Vishinspectionconnection108 wrote:Namaste: Once Swami told me that using "imagination" is a verypowerful tool to increase the strength of one's intention or purpose, during puja, or in activity. For example, sometimes when I perform puja, I do not have freshflowers, or a nice piece of fruit. Guest guest
Namaste Devi: thanks for the reply. This reminds me of the Universal Peace sankalpa. Not only were each of us as individuals focused on, and imagining Universal Peace, but, our entire family, around the world, was collectively putting their attention and heartfelt desire, on Univeral Peace. This is how the universe can change and a new pattern of peace and harmony can be created. Guest guest
Namaste Shankari: I am so glad you felt the sublime peace. In the hustle and bustle of our daily life, we sometimes forget why we perform these prayers and mantras. Thanks to Maa and Swami that they have given us these mantras, and demonstrated their use, so that we can all have a glimpse of Heaven in our hearts Jai Maa Jai Swami vishweshwar , Shankari Kali <shankari_kali wrote: > > Namaste Vish: > > I was once saying the 108 names of Ganesha, and since I often do not have fresh flowers, I imagined in detail a different flower each time I said the name. It was very powerful, and during this it seemed like " someone " was to my right accepting them. I am not sure if I created this with my imagination, but nonetheless I found tremendous peace in this action. > > Thanks for the post. > > Peace, > Shankari > > inspectionconnection108 <inspectionconnection108 wrote: Namaste: Once Swami told me that using " imagination " is a very > powerful tool to increase the strength of one's intention or purpose, > during puja, or in activity. > For example, sometimes when I perform puja, I do not have fresh > flowers, or a nice piece of fruit. Guest guest
Namaste Wendy Maa: welcome back. Wow. Your message came thru loud and clear: put you attention on, and imagine the highest principle in life, and She will raise us up. What a gift. I too have felt Maa's presence and am so grateful that She gives each of us Her full attention and blessings. We only have to ask.
