namaste: thanks for sharing. WE will pray for your eye surgery to be

successful and that you begin to " look " inside. Consider taking 5

minutes each day, morning and evening, to repeat your favorite mantra,

or prayer, in the privacy of your room. Let go of the obligations and

take this time for you. Each time before you begin, pray to Maa and

Swami to be with you, to help you.

I know how easy it is to take more time for others and avoid myself,

especially when I am tired or busy. But, each time I take a break,

and chant or perform puja, I come back to my activity more calm and

centered.
