Dear All,Continuing on ... here is an extract from the book "Inside Sutras" . Acknowledgement and thanks to Swamiji/Rami/Srini."Cooking involves the following:Make meal plan for the week.Discuss and decide who will cook and when. While you cook, focus on cooking. Do not converse.Recite mantras and be efficient.Make a list of ingredients that need to be purchased as you use them. While cooking, wash dishes and utensils to avoid dish-buildup in sink."In addition to washing the dishes, they should also be dried and put away in the respective cupboards, to be available for the next use.As it is remarked in the book "It isn't done until it is done!"Thoughts? Namaste Nanda Maa

Just yesterday, while shopping in the grocery store with Sam, I

commented that I have to stop wandering around the grocery and make a

weekly menu and appropriate shoping list!

As always, thanks for this info. It is great. I hope there are more

chapters to come.
