Namaste Nirmalananda,

I hope this finds you and your family well.

 

I had an interesting experience with the UPS. For the first 25,000 or

so the mantra seemed very slow - I was very slow in saying it. After

crossing that threshold it has picked up pace. I am now doing with

with pranayama - four verses to the breathe. Thanks for posting on

this. I am committed to finishing. Do you know if December 31st is the

final day of the UPS?
