Navratri/ Kundalini Issues

Namaste Group:I was wondering what is the best way to worship during Navratri. Should we pray the Chandi Path during the nine day period? Can we just eat fruit or fast in some way? Does it start October 10th? Should we begin the Chandi Path that day? Are there special offerings that we should offer Maa?Next, I was wondering if anyone has any particular experiences involving the kundalini. I was wondering if Shree Maa suggests any exercises, breathing exercises, mantras to aide with some of the unusual symptoms of awakening.Shanti Om,Shankari Kali

Thank you for asking these questions. I, too, would like to know

what we can do at home, especially if there are offerings we can make

to Shree Maa.

My understanding is that Navaratri does begin on the 10th.

I believe Vishweshwar said he would post the schedule of prayer and

puja taking place in the Devi Mandir so we can tune in on the webcam.

This would help a great deal. One request, Vish, -- please post it as

early in the day as possible as there is a lag time until it actually

appears on the listserv.
