I am not clear on interpreting the Panchanga. If it starts on the 10th, do we start fasting that morning, that evening? Thanks.... I am looking and it appears that Ashvin Navaratri begins on Thursday October 11th in the US. Would we begin our Navatrati Sankalpa on the evening of the 10th or morning of the 11th. Does it end with Vijaya Dashami on the 20th in the evening or on the 19th in the US? Thank you for this clarification.
