Chant Durga Mantra (Om Hrim Shrim Dum Durgayai Namah) 3000 times per day. Get those clickers out and lets start chanting away from tomorrow . You can find them a sporting goods store - this is used for counting laps . I found mine in an Office Depot near the label maker section.
