Guest guest
NAMASTE: Every morning at 4 AM Pacific time we join in the Temple and sing Mother Divine songs and perform aarti. Then, about 4:45 Maa and Swami arrive. They perform the Cosmic Puja and Chandi homa for the next several hours. Throughout the day, devotees take turns at the fire chanting the Durga mantra and performing the Chandi. Then, at 6:30 PM we join again at the fire and after aarti, Swami leads us in chanting 10 malas of the Durga mantra at the fire. Then Maa leads us in singing Mother songs. She becomes so full of bliss and shakti that She bubbles over, and the flow of bliss floods the Temple. It is difficult to keep one's eyes open, one automatically slips into more and more subtle states of awareness, even with Maa singing and folks clapping. There is a constant wave of bliss and harmony emanating from the Temple. And, this wave carries us into our activities outside the Temple. Life is becoming more and more fluid and harmonious. One begins to focus more on the common love that binds us all together, rather than ego-based differences. This is truly how life is to be lived. This is the blessing of Navaratri. Seeing and feeling Mother everyone. The loving nurturing, purifying heart of Mother, beating in all of us, bubbles and overflows with divine fervor. This is the life we were meant to live. God bless Maa and Swami. Thanks for giving us this experience of the Divine in the midst of daily action. Jai Maa Jai Swami love vishweshwar
Guest guest
Ahhh....I am sad that I am not there in person this time, but I am tuning in thru sadhana and the webcam. Its nice in another way to spend the Navratri here, doing intense sadhana in our own temple each day. Plus my little one's Birthday is on Ashtami, so we will celebrate that in grand scale with a Kumari Puja and her other party is the next day. I wanted to be in one place for the 9 days this time, so this is what I chose. I have been glad to see the usual crew there plus a few more. Please give my pranams to Shree Maa and Swamiji, as well as Dharmesh, Mahanand, Gautam, Gauri, Parvati, Surath, Srini, Remya, your wife, yourself and everyone else there. JAI MAA! Guest guest
I have been participating via the webcam and the energy is so strong that it is pouring out through my computer screen!! And even though there is no class, a few of us still get together in our chat room every night and we sing along together! So, to my fellow Internet classmates, and anyone else, please join us.
