Guest guest
Namaste: As Navatrari continues, I too feel stronger each day. Maa and Swami are pouring their shakti into all of us, supporting us as we strive to fulfill our sankalpa to extend our worship beyond our comfort zone. They feel our love and commitment and respond: remember the old adage?: The devotee takes one step towards God and God takes 10 steps towards the devotee. This is so true during this Navaratri. For example, today many guests came to the Mandir for Maa's blessing after the Chandi homa. . Many were old devotees and after darshan, they sat and sang bhajans with great enthusiasm and love. Maa usually leaves right after the Chandi, but today, She immediately responded to the joyous singing, and laughed and smiled hugely, and began to dance. We formed a circle around Her, and as She danced in the middle, we all danced around Her. The singers sang, we danced, and Maa, in the center of our circle of love, grew brighter and brighter. Yes, brothers and sisters, Maa awaits our prayers. Until She hears our prayers, She stays silent and still. We only need to begin, then She erupts in a joyous loving leap, straight into our hearts. WE just have to remember to ask Her to come. The Durga sankalpa is just the technique to bring us closer and closer to Her. She set the stage: chant 3000 Durga mantras. We had to put aside our fears and worries and just dive in, just trust Her, she says in our hearts. Trust Me, and you will know My True Nature: Pure love, Pure bliss, Pure Energy. And now we feel the results. How blessed we are. And there are many more days to chant Her name.
