The tenth of November is a very special day, because.....it is Sadhu

Maa's birthday! Dear Sadhu Maa, all your friends and family at the

Devi Mandir are thinking of you today, wishing you a very

happy birthday! Please accept this shining Gem of Wisdom from

Ramakrishna's Treasure House as a token of our love and appreciation:

 

" M: Our Great Swan says to us that whoever goes into that bhava, that

feeling of thinking about God, there is no difficulty if they go deep.

There is a light that comes from the jewel. The body is attracted by

that light, but the body does not burn from the light of the jewel.

Doctor: But the light that comes from the jewel is reflected light.

M: Ramakrishna says that if you submerge yourself in the ocean of the

nectar of bliss of immortality, humans don't die. God is the ocean of

immortal nectar. If humans who submerge themselves in that ocean, they

have no difficulty. Even human beings become immortal. Certainly they

can if they have faith in the existence of God. "
