Guest guest
Namaste Amrish: Everyone one of us struggles to give love to everyone make this world a better place. Learning to put these divine principles into action takes great discipline and God's Grace. How do we get God's Grace? I have answered that question in another post to you this evening. Please read and reflect upon post #25468 from 12-28-07, and then read the Gita. All the answers to your questions are in that sacred text. Also, Swami has taught a class on the Gita, and it is archived on the Devi Mandir web site www.shremaa.org. It is very powerful and will sooth your soul and help you to gain balance in your actions Several simple codes of conduct I try to follow that great teachers have taught: " Do unto others as you would have them do unto you " , and " Be established in Being, then perform action " , and " Do not be attached to the fruits of your actions " . When you perform sadhana, and begin to align yourself with God's Laws, instead of man's laws, you will automatically begin to act in a balanced and harmonious way, and, when someone does not react in kind to you, you will have the inner strength and balance to maintain your joy, no matter what circumstances arise.
