Namaste: From Kali's transcript, I was reading Swami's conversation

with Divine Mother and Her comments to us. She said: " breath in love,

breath out love " .

This brought to mind Shree Maa's comments about the power of

pranayama. {Alternate nostril deep breathing}. She has said it could

heal anything. It balances everything: body, mind, emotion, spirit.

Now I understand the deepest meaning of Her comments. While there are

many different types of pranayama, adding this simple mantra while

performing pranayama, would add another dimension to the process.

Now, when we perform pranayama, we can imagine and repeat: breath in

love, breath out love.

Dear All,

This really works. I tried it silently a couple of times breathing in Om Kali for three counts and breathing out Om Kali for six counts it is beautiful. Sort of like a peace mantra done utilizing the breath alone.
