Namaste Henny and all: Here is Swami9's response to Henny's question

about reciting Chandi and pranayama:

Please read Henny's important question below Swami's response.

 

SWAMI'S RESPONSE

 

 

This happens frequently throughout the Chandi. You have an option

either to include the next verse or to limit your exhalation to

sixteen syllables. It depends on how you feel. If you have plenty of

breath left, then go for the extra line. If not, stop.
