Namaste Ranveer: When you go around the mala one time, counting each

bead, repeating the mantra once for each bead, that means you have

completed 1 mala.

Maa recommends that you perform 1 mala each day, at minimum. You can

perform more depending on your time and feelings.

Maa and Swami recommend that you take a sankalpa-{make a firm

commitment}, to perform the the mantra. The sankalpa helps one to

remain focused and perform the mantra daily, no matter what one feels,

or how one's mood changes, once one takes the sankalpa, one does the

mantra.

I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to relate your

experiences and questions as you proceed.

We hope to have a sound clip of the mantra on the web site very soon.

then you can hear it in order to pronounce it correctly.

tochant this mantra or perform any other sadhan we discuss on this

club. One should begin the mantra right away and chant to the best of

yourability every day. One can do as many malas per day as one

wishes,Maa suggested at least 1 mala per day for the year. Do not

worryabout catching up. Whatever sankalpa-{firm comittment} you

establish for yourself youshould do at least that number daily. More

is great. So glad you will be a part of Maa's sankalpa.Jai Ma Jai
