Guest guest
Dear Vish and Nanda, thank you for this interesting discussion on the kavach. Nandaji, the thought that the protection will increase in direct proportion to our receptivity is so beautiful. It means we don't have to 'deserve' Her protection, She is always already protecting us, but we have to become aware of it. It makes me think of Vish's post about the devotee who realized Maa had always been protecting her, even when she did not know it yet. It also made me realize something about my visualisations: at first I made an attempt to visualize different goddesses more or less hovering over the part of the body spoken of in the next. Having failed miserably, I then tried to be aware enough when reciting to 'see' the relevant part of the body 'light up', as if a light went on inside. This works much better for me, and, in the light of what you said, it seems to make sense. She is always already here, with love, Henny @, " Nanda " <chandimaakijai wrote: > > Vish asked: > " While I have great faith that the kavach works, how can one know > objectively that one is putting on Chandi's armor?
