The Ganga river flowing through the Mandir is singing, the trees are laughing, the deer jump and clamber over the steep hills, so happy to in the falling drops of Maa's blessing. It is the same as sprinkling Ganga water during puja to purify all our articles of worship. She is sprinkling everything, Her Creation with Divine Waters. Also, I reviewed the animal link you give me, and discovered that the bufalo has both " good " and " bad " characteristics, which match the descriptions Swami gave us relating to the Chandi.
